Welcome to Kointent. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our advertising infrastructure, creator marketplace, and monetization services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Account Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register as an Advertiser, Publisher, or Creator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers are responsible for the content of their campaigns. All advertisements must comply with local laws and Kointent's quality standards. We reserve the right to pause campaigns that trigger high fraud alerts or contain prohibited content.

3. Publisher & Creator Payments

Publishers and Creators earn revenue based on the specific metrics (e.g., eCPM, clicks, or flat-rate gigs) outlined in their respective dashboards. Payments are subject to our Fraud Defense verification.

• Fraudulent traffic will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
• Escrow-secured transactions for creator deals are held until post-verification is complete.

4. Platform Usage & Fraud

Our platform uses AI-driven defense mechanisms to monitor for bot traffic and suspicious behavior. Any attempt to manipulate clicks, impressions, or audience match scoring is a violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kointent provides an infrastructure for growth but does not guarantee specific ROI or conversion results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from platform downtime or campaign performance.
